Brief introduction to the Horokiwi website

Welcome to the Horokiwi community website; A device for sharing information, pictures, articles or links to other resources.

There are several parts to the site - the Library and Picture Gallery where documents and pictures may be found, a Message Center where messages may be posted, viewed and responded to, and a Notice Board where notices of any kind may be posted.
There are 2 security levels used - all info on the site is either 'Public' or 'Community'. Public content can be seen by anybody in the world, but Community items can only be seen by registered, logged in users, with registration only available to residents and people with a close association with the community.
